1. I love Anita, but that was an atrocious AT, and her poor footwork was highlighted by equally atrocious shoes - strappy sandals might have hidden the flexing and pigeon toes. I did not like it at all and I fear that was her last dance on Strictly (except for the dance-off, natch).

2. I'm still underwhelmed by Jay. I know that was a soft and romantic rumba, but I was saying what Craig was saying before he said it. Honest, guv. But he's going to win.
3. I just want to be a Disney princess - that VW by Georgia and Giovanni was gorgeous and I didn't even notice the giant teapot and other extraneous characters as I was so captivated by the dance. My favourite of the night.
4. Thought Kevin hit exactly the right balance between West End musical and VW ballroom technique. Probably the first time I've ever applauded his choreography, but credit where it's due. Not the most obvious song for a VW, but he made it work.
5. On the other hand, Anton may be the King of Foxtrot, but Sally Bowles being twirled around a dance floor in a Viennese Waltz? No. However good the steps, it just looked incongruous and I didn't enjoy it for that reason.
6. Yeah, I know - but there were six dances and it would be rude not to mention Helen and Aljaz. It was busy and messy but, again, I thought it a good hybrid between West End musical and ballroom.
