Well, whichever 5 they are and whichever dances they get, I'm sure it's going to be a great night of dancing. The standard this year is amazing and they all have some cracking dances left.

I'd like to see, trying to think what might suit each of them best and not caring if that means 2 people doing the same dance (and bearing in mind that I really didn't want Jay to do a rumba so what do I know):

Anita & Gleb - Foxtrot / Salsa (but VW would be great too. Salsa will be fantastic. Lovely mix for them whichever they do.)
Georgia & Giovanni - Argentine Tango / Cha-Cha-Cha (Is it unusual to have ccc still do at this stage? I'm sure they'll be good though and I think they'll fly in the AT)
Helen & Aljaz - American Smooth / Jive (I'd love to see both these, I think they'll both suit her)
Jay & Aliona - Viennese Waltz / Charleston (I've wanted to see him do the Charleston since the Lindyhop group dance. But I think he could do the samba too if he has to.)
Katie & Anton - Waltz / Charleston (these dances would suit them really really well - if Anton has had the freedom to choose the order he's done the dances in he's played a blinder)
Kellie & Kevin - American Smooth / Rumba (I'd love them to do something totally simple for the rumba - I don't feel I've seen K&K do something stripped back and she's an actress so she should suit it well. AS will be perfect for them.)

Shame we have to lose any of them.

I agree great if Anton skips Samba Katie may even have a chnace at getting to the final if he has done that and they have Waltz and Charleston next week

I think
Anita & Gleb - Foxtrot/Salsa
Georgia & Giovanni - AT/Cha Cha
Helen & Aljaz - AS/Jive
Jay & Aliona - VW/Charleston
Katie & Anton - Waltz/Samba
Kellie & Kevin - AS/Rumba

No. They've used backing dancers for Blackpool and the week 10/11 theme week only for three years now.

Anton and Aliona in a scrap to be this series' Samba dodgers...

Anita & Gleb: Foxtrot/Salsa
Georgia & Giovanni - AT/Cha Cha
Helen & Aljaz - AS/Jive
Jay & Aliona - VW/Samba (though she does seem to be following the Harry Judd series template pretty religiously so maybe not)
Katie & Anton - Waltz/Charleston
Kellie & Kevin - AS/Rumba (cannot imagine their Rumba at all)

That's a pretty good mix of dances

Do two couples go out next week leaving three for the final?

And do they get to choose which dances they dance next week or are they given to them?

What dances do they do in the final? Best dance, show dance and one other?

Sorry for all the questions 😳

If Katie doesn't do the Charleston then I cant see how the BBC could convicabaly claim the show isn't rigged as Anton would never pick the Samba over the Charleston.

I think Jay will. We'll have to wait and see until the training videos emerge.

Jay will almost certainly beat Katie in the Charleston, but not quite 100% definite; if she can do a Sophie Ellis-Bextor Memorial Classy Froideur Charleston, and Jay struggles with the OTT characterisation, she might beat him. By a single point. Maybe.

IMO Katie has more personality than Jay and thats a key element in the Charleston to pull those kinds of things out and the faces ect and i think Jay would be uncomfortable with this so Katie i think will score higher

No - only one couple go out next week, leaving 4 for the final

In the final, one couple are eliminated at the end of the first show, leaving 3 couples for the second and final show of the night

Each couple can choose one dance to do
Then the Judges give them a dance to do - usually a dance which the Judges think they can improve on
Then they have the showdance, which only the final 3 couples get to do

It actually goes:

1) Judges' Pick

2) Showdance

~ 4th Place Eliminated ~

3) Favourite Dance

I believe that Jay will score higher, as he is more technically sound, however on a performance level, I can see myself preferring Katie's

Am glad Kellie got through because I am looking forward to their Rumba. After Jay said about having the Charleston I did think maybe Katie had been lumbered with the Samba perhaps after having a toin coss for it. I am even more excited now at going to see these 5 celebs dance twice and to be the mole for the final dance off
