Can one of you experts out there tell me how the semi final will be organised this year? Will there be two people eliminated or four left in for the final?

There should be 4 couples in the final according to tv listings

Saturday 19 December
Strictly Come Dancing - The Final (part one)
After 13 sensational weeks of sparkle, glamour and show-stopping performances, the wait is finally over. Tonight the remaining four couples take to the dance floor for the last time to compete in the Strictly Come Dancing Grand Final 2015.

Each couple will perform one of their routines from the series, chosen by the judges. They will then perform their show dance in their bid to make it through to the final three.

The judges will score each couple on their performances but their scores are for guidance only. Tonight it will be up to the viewers to decide who will be in the final three.

Confirmed for BBC One on 19 December at 6.35pm to 8pm

Strictly Come Dancing - The Final Results

One last dance stands between the final three couples and the Strictly trophy. The time has finally come for one dancing duo to be announced as the winners of Strictly Come Dancing 2015. The show begins with the fourth-placed couple, based purely on the viewers' votes, leaving the competition. The three remaining pairs will perform their favourite dance from the series and then the viewers' vote one last time to decide their favourite. Then it will be time to find out whom the public has chosen to be crowned Strictly Come Dancing Champions 2015.

The evening wouldn’t be complete without an extraordinary musical performance fit for the final, and the Strictly Come Dancing celebrities of 2015 will all return to perform a spectacular group number too.

Following the show, press the red button for an exclusive interview with the winning couple plus the runners up too.

Four left I should think .. then they'll dance two dances (judges pick and show dance) .. there'll be an elimination and the remaining three will dance their fave dance from the series. If it follows the last few years.

Umm, isn't the OP asking about the Semi-final?

Not an expert, but as I understand it the remaining 5 do 2 dances - one Latin, one ballroom.

Bottom 2 after public and judges vote order added together go in the dance-off.

Judges choose between the 2 - one goes out

4 go onto the Final.

Only the public vote counts in the Final - judges scores 'advisory'

So just the same as any other week, except that they do two dances?

All the couples next week will do 2 dances in the main show. In the DO however the couples that are in it can chose which dance they wish to dance again.

A dance without any rules which can pull in any steps from any of the other dances. Tend to be full of lifts and either Latin Paso/Cha Cha style or Ballroom American Smooth stylee.
