Why Is Tess Wearing A Red Ladder ? - Are Tess's Dress's Getting Worse & Worse?

Is it the wardrobe department that choses these quite odd creations or Tess herself ?

Where is Tess going wrong with her dresses ?

Could you dress Tess Better ?

I don't get into dresses often enough to be able to properly comment.

I thought last year the mods decided you were to no longer post these pointless threads? So annoying.

Now that's just a big fat Lie.
I have it on good authority you do a tribute act every Wednesday at the pub called "Burley Chassis" in wig and heels and everything and your "Nobody does it like me" has made you a bi/confused icon.

For now Tess Daly is the main presenter of Strictly Come Dancing, her or the producers choices of costume for her are of great interest to many people and as such can hardly be described as a pointless topic of discussion where Strictly Come Dancing is concerned, thank you for your contribution though.

The great interest to some of us is not the dress but her

Is that who Tess was meant to look like, I don't get where the red ladder look came in though.

Ooh Terry, you are awful - but I like you!

Tessa's dresses aren't too bad, but they do have strange shapes/angles on them sometimes. Darcey dresses much better, love all her dresses. Claudia has an odd dress sense and her make up is even stranger, her eyes look really weird.

No, Tess's dresses aren't getting worse, nor is her hair, make up, presenting.....

She's part of the fabric of the the show, she's professional, she's attractive and is a lovely, lovely person. Long may she continue to be part of the show!

That line sounds familiar because my uncle uses it lol but I don't know where it comes from.

Perhaps it is a camera distortion thing but I also find some of Tess's dress's to be a bit strange.

Darcy oozes style and sophistication and often teases us delightfully with a hint of stocking top.

I'm not too keen on the bee bee tube type dresses that Claudia likes to wear, they do not do the best for her and I think she would look better without so much of the crayon stuff around her eyes.

I didn't notice what she was wearing but I imagine she looked better in it than Bruce would have done.

I thought her dress looked like the front grill of a lorry or something. I didn't hate it though. I actually think she's got more right than wrong this series.

Imo if Tess wore a bin liner she would still look better than the alien lookalike upstairs...lol

Brenden did look a bit portly this year.

I would like to see Tess dressed in a bin liner, or a pvc catsuit, I'm sure she would look quite amazing.

I'm fairly sure that Tess has at some time in the past pissed off wardrobe and has been paying the price ever since.

I'm pretty sure it's been said in the past that Tess and Claudia have their own personal stylists and their dresses therefore have nothing to do with wardrobe.

Then Tess should give serious consideration to sacking her "stylist" because her "stylist" has no style.

Tess has a stylist, Gemma Sheppard, who is internationally renowned. Together they decide on what looks they want and then choose designer dresses selected from very well-known designers.

Tess and Claudia ciscuss what each is wearing for each show to make sure they don't clash.

So what? none of that matters a fig. IMO she looks like a dogs dinner. You are free to think otherwise. *rolleyes*

You are just too kind.

I do think otherwise. I think she dresses very elegantly to suit her figure and her age.

I also give you permission to have your opinion just as you did me. <rolleyes>

Why on earth is Tess wearing a drab grey sack dress with a girdle on the outside to the final, has she lost her senses ?
