What is the dance which has been the stand out (or best, if you prefer!! ) that each semi-finalist has performed so far???

Jay. Jive and tango

Anita. Hard one, nothing stands out to me, if pushed maybe her VW.

Georgia. Charleston for sure,but have to say her tango was amazing but not suitable for a final and the song is awful.

Katie. Another hard one, no wow moments for me, maybe tango.


Kellie. I really loved her charleston, her and Kevin looked so in time, like a pro couple how together they were.

If we're talking about which 2 dances we want to see in the final, someone needs to remind me what they class the charleston as? I recall that AT is called a ballroom dance for the purposes of the show, but can't recall which side the Charleston falls on. However, these are the dances I'd like to see again.

Anita - I only remember her paso and AT, but for the wrong reasons, so I don't know.

I think that, with the quality of dancers this year, there should have been a lot more 'Wow' dances than there has been. There's a few I think could have been real impact dances with better music or no props/heavy theme.

I agree with a number of other posters who stated that it was difficult to find a stand out/impactful/memorable dance for Anita and Katie. I found it so much easier to re-visulise at least one dance each for Jay, Georgia and Kellie.

Nothing really instantly stood out for me for either Anita and Katie which is a shame because they're both decent dancers, so when I choose mine for them I did have to go back and watch them to decide.

But I knew I didn't want to say that in the original post.

Jay: Jive
Katie: Tango or Viennese Waltz
Kellie: Quickstep (although Charleston or Jive too) - Lose the briefcase in the jive though. (Chuck in the VW too maybe)

You don't have to do one and one any more, so you can do two latins I believe. The other year they had one ballroom dance in the whole of the final I think.
Charleston is classed under latin though, I believe.

I think only Jay's jive is the only impact dance so far. For the others I could pick their. best dances and say that they were very good but I know I won't remember ithem without prompting in a month or so.

Helens waltz also stood out for me.
