Is it just me or did anyone else feel awkward watch Anita and Gleb's AT due to Gleb's outfit yes it fit the theme but I found it inappropriate for a family show and nearly covered my eyes up with my hands.

Not really, no.

I think there have been many, many more inappropriate outfits worn than that one.

I was more outraged by Kellie and Kevin's cringe fest than a bit of saucy Gleb-ness

Agree. Ola's bikinis with bits of tinsel on come to mind. Also, a lot of male Pros and Celebs went full topless before, so a see through shirt is hardly scandalous.

And Gleb had a big truncheon! (I know it's juvenile but I wanted to say it)
*sorry* *not sorry*

I agree with Moany Liza. Can't see anything inappropriate for a "family show"? It's quite sexy but not in a way children would immediately pick up on.

It's not that different from a lot of see-through shirts they've had, is it? I mean, Gleb adds to it by his looking down the camera thing he does (I do laugh when people suggest he's reserved and not keen on the sex symbol image foisted on him by the show, though obviously everyone's entitled to their opinion on everyone). But no, I was more 'Your partner is over there!' than 'Get some clothes on!' personally.

But I think I've only felt embarrassed when the men are sent out to dance with no top at all - I think Ben and Steve Backshall were, and they're lovely looking men but somehow I was much more aware of their partner touching them them when they were topless, I don't know what it was really, but it was a distraction, and not in a good way.

And if I see too much of a woman's pants. One of my friends said of Kellie and Kevin's paso that she really never wanted to see Hermoine's pants, and I could totally see what she meant. I mean skirts will ride up, but somehow on some dances once you notice it it becomes too much, if that makes sense.

No, can't say it bothered me.

An unbuttoned shirt was inappropriate? You and your family shoud stop watching the show all together then

I think you'd only think it was "inappropriate for a family show" if you thought of it in terms of a male stripper costume, and if young children know about male strippers then the parents have got bigger problems than what they're seeing on Strictly.

Anton's all in one red romper suit for one, I'm still paying the psychiatrist's bills

No-one should need to see that on a Saturday night

Now that's one way that the show has changed, isn't it. I had forgotten those romper suits. I don't think you'd ever see them now. I'm not sure if I feel nostalgic or that I'll have to send you the therapist's bill for reminding me!

Ian Waite has a baby blue one as well didn't he

And who could forget, although by god I've tried, the week little Anton decided to wave hello at all of us No family should ever have to see that

Trust me, you really don't want to, once seen can never be unseen (or erased from the memory sadly )

The news shows shootings and killings all throughout the day but it's a male's mesh dance top that children need protecting from?!

Was it the nipple that offended you so, because I'd advise you not to look down...

It wasn't inappropriate but I'm just bored of seeing Gleb's chest altogether.

I was trying to think what Gleb's AT outfit reminded me of and you've answered me - male stripper!! It reminded me of Magic Mike/Magic Mike XXL.

But I found no offence in it at all - as stated by others many of the women pro's wear such little material they're barely held together with a tiny bit of string - Ola Jordan case in point. But again I do not find it inappropriate as from what I've seen on the internet it's kind of the normal attire for dancers in competitions.
