HDMI port on Apple Ipad
I want to purchase the latest Ipad from Apple, but have been put off by the fact that it does not appear to have an HDMI port, I would have thought that this was essential, especially as some mach cheaper tablets have this port.
Is there anyway a link can be made from the iPad to say, a TV set? Is Bluetooth an option? |

For an iPad, the options are this adapter - http://www.apple.com/uk/shop/product...tal-av-adapter
Or to buy an Apple TV and stream it wirelessly. What do you want to do? If it's just streaming music you can do that with anything that has Bluetooth. |

Using a cable on a mobile device is very backward , you should be using AirPlay. You can do it with the entry Apple TV 3 which is £59 or the newer Apple TV 4. You simple swipe up from the bottom of the tablet and select AirPlay if the iPad sees an Apple TV device on the same network. It does need a decent WiFi signal or it won't be a great experience.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V1AoZEboN3g show Airplay off fully from different devices if you want to see it in action. |
