Well I don't know could be anything, but I'd guess tomatoes, sweet peppers and garlic maybe a bit of paprika. I wouldn't have thought it would be spicy. Did you have a specific sauce in mind?

Usually it tastes more of sweet tomatoes and peppers than chilli, but should be quite rich and oily.
