Hmm, it's different and quirky but definitely not as crowd pleasing as the slapstick stuff.

Yep, strong possibility. It'll be Anita or Georgia.

I will be voting like mad for her! Anita's my favourite by a mile. Her performances are fab. As far as I can tell, all those left in the competition are very good, so it's hard to say who'll be out next.

Yeah, noticed that one too. Banging on that PR drum is a sign that she's desperate. She's not among the best dancers, now she might as well go just for annoying me

You will find majority of the comments about Anita had no dance training are made by other people.

You can not blame Anita what other people say or think

The important thing for anyone with prospects of the dance off is that they really nail one dance and score highly with the judges. No matter how poorly rehearsed and low scoring your other dance, you repeat your higher scorer in the dance off. If you have scored 38-40 with the judges in 1 dance you have a good chance. If you perform 2 'good' dances you rely on the public to keep you out of the dance off. If they don't then you are going home.

Yes, Anita's in danger and that makes me sad. If she's in the DO, she's done for.

Gleb has made the mistake of opting for style over substance. While he's taken full advantage of Anita's surprising performance skills to produce crowd-pleasing dances, he foolishly neglected (all these weeks) to work on cleaning up her basic technique. Correcting her pigeon toes might not have been a realistic expectation, but pointing her feet should be automatic by now. Unfortunately, it's too late to address most of the technical issues, and her Foxtrot is bound to suffer for it. The judges will be able to justify giving her a lower mark; although I doubt Craig will be foolish enough to give her the gift of another 6. As for the Salsa? Good luck making something decent out that awful Pitbull song. It's a shame because with the right music, that could have been a high scoring number.

All that said, I have my fingers crossed that Anita will rise to the challenge and make a strong showing with two enjoyable performances in the Semis. So if she does go out, it'll be on a high note.

How do we know Gleb hasn't been telling her to point her feet? Anita herself acknowledged they have been working on her pigeon feet so why would he have forgotten to tell her to point her feet? Seems much more likely that she hasn't been able to master it, or forgets to do it when she's got all the other dance moves to think about.

I'm so envious of all these people who have access to every single second of Anita and Gleb's training sessions, what a privilege to have such insight into their dynamic

Awww, if she is annoying you that's reason enough for the rest of us to vote!

I think they are great a breath of fresh air. The judges though will mark her down this week.
They all know who they want in the final.

Anita can also be in trouble if Jay tops the leaderboard and public vote 10 points, Anita's comes last with the judges but second in the public vote 5 points.

If Georgia comes 2nd on the leaderboard last with the public she equals Anita on 5 points.

That leaves Katie or Kellie on either 4, 5 or 6 with only one of them being able to be on 6 meaning one of them would either equal Anita and Georgia on 5 points or be on one less than them at 4. Not sure what happens in that scenario, does the public's vote take precedence or the judges? If it's the judges Anita would be bottom two and possibly out against either Katie or Kellie. If the publics vote takes precedence she'd be safe and either Kellie or Katie would be out I imagine in a dance off against Georgia.

I think the maths is right but don't hold me to it

If I was a Jay fan i'd be trying to work out tactically who it would be best for to vote for besides Jay in the Semi's to try and ensure Anita's in the dance off as when it comes to the final and is down purely to public vote she's his biggest threat, I'm too tired to work that out at the minute but I'm sure someone here can

I don't think anybody can beat Jay and I'd also hope people wouldn't be so devious to do what you are implying!

His support is more than double of his nearest rival Anita in terms of the public.

I wouldn't worry, from all evidence I've seen, Jay fans are purely voting for Jay at this stage, and I'd expect fans of all others to do the same - the floating voter will vote for who they like on the night , I very much doubt anyone votes tactically at this stage, and without some mass decision, it would make absolutely no difference to the overall result. Where ever Jay is on the leader board I vote for him alone, and I expect pretty much everyone else is the same.

Do we know this for certain?

By the way I don't doubt that he is at the top of the public vote, but until last week-end who would have thought Georgia was as low in the public vote as she obviously was and Jay's vote has not yet been tested.

He was third from bottom in week in week 8 - with Jeremy and Jamelia below hiim - which is one of the most vunerable places to be. I was more amazed at Jeremy's vote crumbling than anything else that week.

Nope, he may well have double the support of people who vote in on line polls, that's all we know for certain. His support got tested Foxtrot week, third from bottom, which was likely what caused Jeremy's vote to collapse - JV second favourite with a lot of people getting spare votes, Jay's fans panic vote - no spare votes for JV, fans of others close to him aware panic voting going on - no spare votes for JV, JV's vote then collapses and into the bottom 2 he went.

Sophie & Brandan's Charleston wasn't exactly gurn-central, so Jay & Aliona's might also go down well.

Anita was one of my favourites early on in the competition (the other being Jay) but at these final stages, even I, as a complete dance duffer, can see that Anita's technique is weak. Despite Anita's strong performance skills, I'm kind of hoping the dance off will be between Anita and Katie as the two weakest remaining contestants. For the last few weeks Georgia has replaced Anita for me, and my favourites are now Jay and Georgia. However, I do think that Jay, Anita and Katie have the strongest public support, so even if Anita and Katie are at the bottom of the judges' leaderboard, they could easily escape the dance off.

That's a very dangerous game to play whoever you're a fan of, especially in the semi finals. Enough people do that and the result will end up with your favourite being in the dance off. It also comes across as petty.

I'm not a fan of Anita's dancing but if she gets there by will of the public vote, good for her, she will have earned it.
