Now comes the part where we all collectively tilt our heads back and laugh.
She's a horrible candidate and I am honestly baffled as to why people on here genuinely believe Lord Sugar would be willing to go into business with someone who's such a loose cannon with her emotions. |

Charleine clearly wants it very badly, and I don't deny her passion, but she has been INCREDIBLY lucky to get this far. She has made constant mistakes throughout that have been covered up by her hard working nature and desire to be there. She simply isn't good enough, and her emotional reactions make her very unprofessional.

Emotional criticism? She is a human being! In my opinion she deserves to be in the final more than Vana, who should have gone tonight.

Charleine for me will forever sum up why this year has had the worst candidates to date. Horrible character, horrible personality, not an ounce of professionalism and I seriously cannot think of of one quality which has made her good throughout this process apart from just shouting people down until they give up trying to argue with her. It's actually shameful she has made it this far.

Ultimately, I think she's too abrasive to win this. |

I thought Charleine get an easy ride tonight, the failure of the task appeared to be all down to her yet her team-mates didn't seem to say a word against her
Then she got upset in the board room so didn't get much criticism again... |

Don't like her she's . If she has a problem with someone she shows it which is not very professional.

![]() It says something that she had the most detailed part of the Final Five show devoted to her. I'm not sure what it says, but it says something. |

I don't think I would give a quarter of a million quid to a crier.
That suggests a certain flakiness, and emotional weakness, which would worry me greatly about her ability to buckle down and turn things round if her business suffered any setbacks. If Charleine was doing what Selina is on twitter then I think Charleine would be even more disliked than Selina. |

she deserves to be where she is but cannot see her as the winner, I think she will get destroyed in the Interview stage.............she is a decent sales person but woeful in things like pitching etc

If she wins then there is clearly something behind the scenes that we are not aware of at this stage like she has an amazing humdinger of an idea in her business plan because this would be the only way she can get though, her being so very awful in every other way.

I quite like her. She is a marmite character, yes, and she does have a "hard face". But she really is a force to be reckoned with methinks.
She's not really has any major missteps (bar week ten, though I think we'll excuse everyone there) and has shown a palate of business skills. Selling (weeks 1, 4, 7 and 9), branding (week 2 and arguably week 5), negotiation (week 3). She is rough around the edges, and not perfect, granted. She can't pitch very well, but no candidate is flawless. Lots of people hate her for her unprofessionalism and general shouting. Bear in mind, most (if not all) of this was directed at Selina and/or Richard. She might've been a bit rude to David, but he was spiralling down anyways. Lord Sugar's liked quite bolshy women in the past (Melody, Debra, etc.) I do want her to win, regardless of everyone else's opinions, and I do think she has a shot. Gary's got no hope, Richard's edit on Wednesday was terrible and it's not looking like the interviewers go his way. It could be any two of Joseph, Vana and Charleine if you ask me. |

I want her to win.
I don't know why people think she shouldn't win because she's had a few years. She's been in the armed forces and served during the Gulf War. If that doesn't show strength of character I don't know what does. She has shown resilience in this process and always works harden than anybody else and fights back from her bad times. She is a strong person and I think lord sugar can see that. |

Personally, I would only have a real problem with Gary winning. But a Charleine win might (also) put off people to watch next year. Who would have thought after week 3 that the American lass would turn out to be the most popular female this year? Mind you, not much choice

The way it's been edited and the publicity she's been getting does point to Charlene being the winner. But it's probably the weakest remaining group I can remember.

Well, her first PM stint was also a bit of a disaster (that was the week that turned people against her).
Yeah, but they never win (even the likes of Claire and Ruth "only" managed to make the final). Well, she would fit his mo regarding most of his female winners. That said, she would probably become the least favourite female winner (and not like Stella, who became unpopular in hindsight with the public as well). Personally, I would only have a real problem with Gary winning. But a Charleine win might (also) put off people to watch next year. Who would have thought after week 3 that the American lass would turn out to be the most popular female this year? Mind you, not much choice ![]() Yeah, I've noticed that those kind of women never win either. But hey, that's not to say Charleine won't. The odds are against her - Saira, Ruth, Claire, Debra, Joanna and Luisa were all attitude-filled women whom fell at one of the final hurdles. But with this being such a poor series in terms of final five candidates, Charleine does have a chance. I'd say the winner would be female (based on the fact that three of his previous business partners were male. I'm not saying he pick a woman to combat sexism, but just in terms of probability.) Which leaves Vana and Charleine, both of whom could be in the final two. Richard's probably not there (his interview clips are negative, though we could be being misled) Gary's dead wood, which leaves Joseph, who looks to falter on his numbers. It could be any three of Vana/Charleine/Joseph if you ask me. As for public outcry, I think that would be the case no matter who the winner is. Gary, for being the most useless candidate ever, Richard for being one of the most smug candidates ever, Vana for her terrible stint at PM in week 3. Wales will support Charleine, but she's become unpopular for her "hard graft" (though the polls on here suggest she is the most popular candidate along with being the most unpopular candidate - go figure). Joseph also seems to have turned off some viewers in recent weeks but I'm not too sure why. I mean last year it was pretty much the same story, the only acceptable candidate winning would be Roisin (Mark wasn't that great). So yeah. I'd want Joseph, Vana or Charleine to win, and I wouldn't be overtly bothered if Richard won. Sorry for the long reply! |
