Creamed leeks
Anyone know if these freeze ok? Getting some cooking done ahead for Christmas but can't find any definitive answers on this.

I wouldn't recommend it cream tends to split when frozen. You could sweat down the leeks with butter and freeze that, then when reheating add the cream.

I wouldn't freeze them but I always cut mine and prep them on Christmas Eve. tHEY take 10 mins tops on Christmas day and I usually do them early and reheat them. With a splash more cream of course.
