I agree, whilst ratings are over 11 million there will be no change and no one on the show should be under any fear of loosing their roles/ jobs. Only people who are power mad like to chop and change people, and put all their team, under stress by bullying, that they will be scapegoats for a shows failure.

Tess is fine. She's settled into the role and is (imo) what the programme needs - a competent, professional presenter who moves the show efficiently from one item to the next and doesn't make it all about them. She's not perfect but who is?

Claudia is fine too. She's a good contrast. They've become a decent duo. No need to faff about with it.
