can anyone recommend an ebay seller to unlock an o2 iphone 4s? There are a LOT and don't want to pay O2 if can help it. (want to use phone on EE !).

Mobilecare2010, I've used him a few times, a friend of mine even more than that. Haven't had a problem yet.

I've used him as well, quick response and the phone was unlocked perfectly.

Only on contract., on prepay it should be £15 but they want the credit on the sim for a while before unlocking iPhones. Some sort of delay tactic - EE prepay is similar.

When a new model of iPhone comes out O2 normally point blank refuse to unlock them fora few months for anyone - contract or PAYG!

EE will unlock your pre-pay phone from new, I know as I unlocked a Nokia 635 when it was 2 weeks out of the EE shop and what’s more I used the £10 compulsory top up that came with the phone to pay the £8-99 unlock fee.
