Amazon prime sharing
sandman112

I have access to Amazon prime via my sister's account, ie she has shared access to me. I can use prime delivery and see her kindle library but the main thing I was hoping was to use amazon prime on fire tv stick.

According to Amazon you should be able to share streaming video however I can't get anything on tv stick to work, everything says free with prime and when selecting it in asked to upgrade to prime ... Am I misunderstanding something here or is streaming video not amazon prime tv ??

See link to Amazon detailing what can be shared

I have a fire TV, so am assuming that the stick would be similar. There should be an option somewhere to link your Amazon account. I can't remember, but assume mine was done on set up.

It will only work if linked to your sisters account I would have thought for video? So your fire stick would have to be set up in your sisters account name. We just use the one in our household.
