I find something obnoxious about her personality. It just seems so forced and fake at times. Also she can be quite backhandedly rude about other judges contestants. The other judges seem to like her though so I'm like she can't be that bad. I mean she's not done something to make me categorically dislike her but I just can't warm to her. Maybe because it's her first year and she's nervous and that's why she's acting a bit jarring?

Doesn't bother me - she's no Nicole though

I like her, but preferred her on The Voice. She hasn't really "done" anything or had any real moments apart from saying mash it up. Plus I find it hard to believe her passion for finding new artists the way she switched between both shows, suggests she is only there for money/exposure. All in all, I do like her personality as well as her music, just don't think she has been amazing on XF.

I don't mind her she seems ok, she's the poorest at trying to hide its all scripted though. It's like everything she says she's reading off a dummy board

I find her fun chemistry with Cheryl and Nick quite enjoyable. She´s fun. I disliked her a bit on week 5 when she strategically critiziced every other act except her own (when she even critiziced the whole being in the box thing). But overalll I like her.

This is an aspect of what I'm talking about really. She criticised 4th impact for being in boxes for part of their performance but then had lauren hobbling up and down on one at the back of the stage for a whole performance.

That mash it up mash it up mash it up really grated on me. She's a great performer for sure though. I actually find her and cheryls relationship weird. Usually when someone has an unfair go at cheryls acts, she will stand up for them but all she does lately is smile at Rita when she does it. That could just be Cheryl on her own though.

That might be an aspect of her not feeling real to me. That's why I can't watch strictly because of the cheesy and obviously scripted segments. I know x factor is quite scripted but I think it used to be hidden well. Now they just seem to not care and the scripted stuff is weirdly as obvious as strictly now. It's really put me off this year more than ever.

Totally agree and Rita is the worst at giving it away

I have to agree, I think she's up her own backside! I used to like her but like you, I don't like her put downs of others contestants, I just wish Louisa was with somebody else other than her! I think that Rita would do anything to win!

She lacks likeability and is a bit of a motormouth who waffles on.

I totally agree, she comes over as rather fake I think and when she thinks anybody like 4th impact and R n B are competition to her girls she puts them down like she did tonight after Simon, Nick and Cheryl giving R n B good comments. Quite snidy if you ask me!

Sorry but for me she is the least real! Cheryl and Simon are much better judges, like somebody else said, Rita waffles on far too much!!!!!!

I think she seems sweet. I'd like to see her stick to tv, her image in music is very 'bad girl' but on tv she's very friendly.

It's her poor education that bothers me. On the Voice she seemed to lack basic general knowledge.

Love Rita, gorgeous and a great judge. The only thing that lets her down is her screeching that resembles a cat with it's tail getting run over.

What a surprise, this people on this forum don't like the pretty attractive young female judge. Fortunately she is really popular outside these narrow confines. In fact the trio of Cheryl/Rita/Nick have been brilliant this year. The song choices were such a welcome breath of fresh air compared to the shit fest we had last year. Are people honestly forgetting the constant 80s/Whitney/MJ/Elton hits we were subjected to? Those 3 need to stay on next year. Simon can leave.

Her overuse and misunderstanding of the word 'Literally' is annoying! For example I think she said something like "You were literally floating in the air!". If you did a drinking game where you had to down a shot each time that word was used you'd have been all over the place by the show's end....

She's vanilla. Would rather have somebody with personality next year.
