Because she'll need to use some of their frozen peas to help with her bruised head after Jay dropped her tonight.

How was that given a 10 by Bruno.

I wondered how long it was before a thread came up!

But he did drop her, that dance wasn't a 10.

A ten!

He dropped her!

This show has descended into farce, what a fix

BIB That was exactly what I thought.

Loved the dance...even the drop was brilliant...

The mistake was unfortunate, yes, but before that one moment - And perhaps even more crucially, AFTER that one moment, it was a great Charleston.

The "10" was a bit much but definitely worthy of a "9" more for the way he recovered from the mistake than anything else.

Even the best/professional dancers make mistakes on difficult lifts and Jay recovered from it like a Pro.

I'm not sure it was a mistake.

I've rewatched and Aliona ran over to high five Brino when he said he thought it was part of the choreo.

It looked odd but I am starting to think it was intentional

Either that or Aliona is the queen of styling out a mistake

Georgia has been given 10's in previous weeks even though she made mistakes so I wouldn't begrudge Jay one 10.

it was a great routine, jay looked at his most relaxed and it suited him. i couldn't really tell what happened / went wrong, it was a bit odd, but they styled it out well...

In most modern versions of the Charleston it's one of the required disciplines to drop your partner. Only Aliona and Bruno appear to know this. Brilliant dance.

People justifying a 10 after a drop is really pathetic. What Bruno did tonight lowers the standards of the show and diminishes my enjoyment of this "once" wonderful TV program.

My advise to Jay's fan, and I am one of them, is to understand that what goes around comes around and Bruno went as far as to say that he had dropped her intentionally in order to give them a 10, very unfortunate.

Everybody should be worried about what happened tonight, this is how things start to fall apart.

I really enjoyed that Charleston. I actually think it was worthy of a 10. Thought he was overmarked a fair bit for the VW...but this was very impressive.

I don't think it's wise to put a drop into a routine - if Craig wasn't even sure it was intentional then it was a mistake to do it.

I just thought it looked a mess and wondered what the hell had happened,

So was Katie's being out of sync and clumsy lifts.

The dance was meh , his elongated arms are hugely distractingly weird .
But him dropping poor wee ali on her head was funny as heck .
Bruno should be drummed out of strictly for that totally unfair 10 . .
