So if we assume the BBC One Christmas Idents are going to launch at the end of The One Show at 19:30, then that means the BBC Two ones would be launching when the snooker finishes at 8PM?

Bit baffled so far by the cover to be honest. Highly doubt its 'going on a bear hunt' as another poster alluded to.

If anyone has the Gold TV channel then 'We Have Been Watching Christmas Special' is on tonight at 7.00pm. Watched it last night, quite good.
A bit like Gogglebox, but with some of the shows performers.

The cover is definitely in the illustrative style of Raymond Briggs, same snowy skies and similar strokes on the hair.

So, a Quentin Blake design?

Raymond Briggs does his own designs so doubt it would be QB

Yes, Goodness knows why I thought Quentin Blake was associated with Briggs! Blake is associated with Roald Dahl stories!

Just bought two issues of the Radio Times, one for 3-9 of December and 1 for the 10-16 of December, so next week the double issue from 16-30 December should arrive then.

just had a look at the next week column in the new RT in the shops and they have an illustration taken from We Are Going On A Bear Hunt and the girls hair matches the colour we can just see on the cover

Hoorah it wouldn't be Christmas without the newspapers going on about the repeats
Today's Sun says 70% of BBC Two is repeats, 30% on BBC One 17% on ITV (but they dont count films in their repeats) and Channel 4 with 60% - BBC One says 90% of prime time content is new

So, another totally unoriginal "we love channel four" cover. Channel Four has had its programmes featured in 2012, 2013 and 2016. Is Ben Preston having it away with Jay Hunt or something?

Revolting Rhymes would have been better considering it's the 100th year since Roald Dahl was born.

Ben Preston just needs to do one. The RT has lot a hell of a lot of charm (and originality) under his tenure.

Does anyone have 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt' as their guess?

Actually was it even announced that they were doing a Christmas special of it?

I didn't reveal the name because it isn't up to me to do so, and of course nothing is confirmed - until it is confirmed!

The diary card system works, " repeating" their annual moan.

The stats are terrible.

BBC1 in peak time has less repeats, the tabloids include everything non peak, and even sign repeats. ITV excluded Films- 16 hours of Harry Potter.

The Sun fails to mention repeats on Sky, - wonder why?
