Confirmation that the Radio Times will be £2.50 from the issue out this Friday
Wow. If I hadn't stopped buying the RT early this year I certainly would've done now. That will be £10 a month, I only pay £7.49 a month for Netflix! |

The RT seems to increase its price automatically at the beginning of the year regardless of cost - inflation is only running at 1%. That isn't true of other publications who must have roughly the same production costs (albeit smaller circulations).

2.50 for the RT? I only buy it occasionally but that will reduce even more now.

Because they have been since the 1977 issue when Christmas Day falls on a Sunday. There are more Christmas programmes in the week leading up to Christmas than the week after. When the TV Guides went to press the schedules for the first week of January had not been finalised. |

We will have to launch "DS Xmas Bingo!" again!
Everytime someone says "I hope it's better than last year!" Or, "There's nothing but repeats" Or "Call The Midwife should not be on Christmas Day" Or "TV was better when I was younger" Or "No-one makes the effort anymore" We shout/post "BINGO!!!" The first one to a full house doesn't win anything!

In case I forgot to come on Tommorrow or Sunday, I would like to wish all threaders a Happy Christmas.
2016 has been a dire year for most, hope everybody can have as good a Christmas as possible. And remember there is only just over a week left, until we can finally say goodbye to 2016 |

Can anyone give me any info on how I cancel my RT subscription (I got the £1 offer but don't want my first DD to go out).
On the account it just says: Account Number: RTLA****** Status: Live Subscription Type: PERSONAL RENEWAL Expiry Date: Expired Issues Left: 29 issues remaining Payment Type: Direct Debit Next Issue Due: 10/01/2017 With 2 buttons below that for 'renew subscription' which is unclickable and the other 'view issue calendar'. I can't find anywhere to cancel - is it a con so I have to call them? |

Get the Direct Debit reference number from the DD details on your bank account and quote this in an email cancelling your subscription to buysubscriptions@servicehelpline.co.uk Don't forget to then cancel your direct debit with the bank. |
