I know people are moaning about Jay not doing the jive but there is a chance he might not even be in the final 3 and same for Georgia there is no guarantee she will be in the final 3 and perform the charleston

I liked her salsa, but was my least favourite. I'd be happy to see most, but I'd love them to do her samba.

If Georgia is doing the Charleston as her choice Jay is IMHO making an error not doing the Jive. He needs a high energy dance to wow the public who have tuned in for the final. I hope he won't come to regret the choice.

Unless Katie has overwhelming public support or some kind of sympathy vote, her scores will be much lower than the others and in the latter stages, viewers tend to keep in the better dancers (that's why she ended up in the DO last week).

Kellie has also been in a couple of DO's, and was really helped last week by being top of the leaderboard. She is also more likely to be out before Georgia.

I think Jay and Georgia will definitely be in the final 3, and then it's just even stevens as Georgia rocks out her wonderful, crowd pleasing Charleston routine, and Jay some dance than isn't the jive.

They usually pick one that was fairly good that can be improved on. Since they all hated it intensely and completely slated her for it don't think they will, at least I hope they won't!!

If they go for a latin most likely jive or rhumba, ballroom have no idea. I would have said QS, but since they have picked Jay's QS unlikely they would pick another.

Aliona is picking quickstep with Jay because its easier for her to choreograph. Remember she won with Harry from a fantastic quickstep on the finale. So I think she is going that direction.

Jay - Tango / Freestyle / Jive
Georgia - American Smooth / Freestyle / Charleston
Kellie - Samba / Freestyle / Quickstep
Katie - Foxtrot / Freestyle / Viennese Waltz

Apparently the QS is the judges choice - Aliona tweeted that info earlier today.

I know Georgia is doing the Charleston - and I think Jay not doing the Jive is going to come back to haunt him. He needs high energy and the Jive has it. I have been a Jay supporter from his second week waltz and think the Jive will be just as awesome a 2nd time round. There is really no other dance that can compete with the Charleston as a show stopper and that is what is needed in the last dance.

I agree that the jive would be a good choice to match a charleston, however, I was not a massive fan of GG's charleston at all, and wouldn't be surprised if it was topped (hopefully) by Jay's tango!

So what we know so far is:
Jay is doing Quickstep for judges choice
Jay is not doing the Jive
Georgia is doing Charleston as, presumably, favourite dance.

Is that right? Anymore details come out?

No, they can pick what they want for their favourite dance, doesn't matter about what score it got. The judges seem to be picking a dance that can be improved on and got a lower score - or at least they have with Jay & Ali.

No - the couple pick their favourite dance to dance if they make it through the judges pick and the show dance to make the final 3. And Georgia stated prior to that how she loved Chicago so it makes sense it I her favourite dance - and it doesn't hurt it was a high scorer

My preferred choices:

Georgia & Giovanni - Samba & Charleston
Jay & Aliona - Quickstep & Tango
Katie & Anton - Jive & Viennese Waltz
Kellie & Kevin - Charleston & Viennese Waltz/Samba

You can hate me for choosing Kellie's Samba all you want, I loved it.

Not cheating at all. Anyone with any sense would pick a routine they did well on and the crowd loved. Good on Georgia for picking it, I hope she nails it and gets 40 this time.

Random Question:

For judges choice, do the contestants perform the exact same routine of the chosen dance?

For example, do they perform to the same music, in the same outfits etc?

I have a feeling the judges might choose Kellie's Paso Doble. If so, will the table and the Potter outfits be necessary?
