Probably realised they have something in common with her. An ability to sing out of tune.

It was horrible viewing and I felt it was a bit cruel after leading them to believe they could win. They could have given them a winners single in their field hence a fair shot at the title. That felt really below the belt to me, I would have liked to see Louisa given a R&B type track to sing and we could all have had a good laugh at her as well.

I don't think Reggie & Bollie deserved to win but I think the producers made sure they didn't tonight.
What a shambles

The winners song suited hem not her she seemingly always.didnt sing first but anyway the Red tops have others thoughts on the matter in the morning but there's two slight fixes to get on with

They did the same thing stitching Fleur up too last year with an unsuitable winner's song that didn't suit her style.

Agree. But no surprise . It's been like watching Agatha Christies and then there were none this series. As each week goes by , one by one talented/popular contestants have been thrown under a bus. Or removal by hideous dresses/song choices/burgers and bonkers staging. I was wondering when it would be R and Bs turn and now we know! I wasn't a big fan of either of the last three but the pattern continued right to the last..

After being given Uptown Funk?
Some stitch up.

Seriously, given the biggest song of the year to debut for the majority audience?
And making such a good job of it the release date of the official version was moved?

That's a stitch up?

the final just proved that they have weak vocals, how they got this far is beyond me

This year isn't any different to any other year.

There's one winners single, that's the way the cookie crumbles and they did alter it a bit.

It would have been a travesty if they won.

Nice light hearted entertainment from them and they probably could have a place in the market but if they pipped louisa to the post it would have been a complete shambles.

They never claimed to be vocalists though that's not were they are about they are performers/entertainers/rappers. There's a niche for them and with the right songs I can see them easily doing well .

Unfortunately the winners song highlights peoples voices. It lets us see the acts raw without all the backing vocals, props etc.

It lets us see who is truly talented.

If RnB wanted to win they should have gone on BGT. They would have probably won that. The x-factor is a singing contest and the person with the best voice won. Where is the stich up.

Now that the show is over. ...lets see who does the best out of the top 2!!! Louisa will have her single and moment out for now. ...it will b a different situation this time next year. ..RandB will do miles better. ..they are now set up for life in a industry that needs them!! Louisa will be compared to Leona....and won't match up to her star quality! !

They are current even Simon was beginning to like them. They can do OMI/Fuse ODG type of music . They've had songs before if you look at their old material.
I still reckon they'll get signed an with a lot of support with voting. They weren't the joke act at all they got the best duet . I say this as someone who didn't really get Reggie and Bollie at the start and shocked when they were chosen for the liveshows.

I feel more sorry for the contestants the producers sabotaged to keep their darling Reggie and Bollie in the competition as long as they did. Because they won't be getting record contracts while R and B will be thanks to all the exposure and hype given to them by the producers.

No it shouldn't. You're completely correct.
However the point is that they have been guided and placed into this position, quite possibly to have the rug pulled from under their feet when it's convenient.

Of course it's sabotage. R&B were never supposed to win the show.
Because can you imagine Louisa being given The Reel 2 Reel song 'move it' to sing in the final?

Obviously the type of song was intended to provide a certain result in the final.
You don't have an act providing a certain type of style throughout the entire series, and then at the last minute of the 11th hour give them a song in the final to test them to see what they're like outside of their comfort zone.

It's like before a greyhound race somebody drugging the favourite dog or feeding it a pork pie just before the race.

They weren't stitched up they picked the track probably around the time Louisa topped the vote for 3rd week in a row, there must have been an indication she was going to win then, same with Ben last year who started topping the vote about week 4.

alot of the faux outrage about it being a "fix" seems to be ignoring this point

in addition i seriously doubt the performance of the winners single would have made that much difference to the vote, most people will have decided how they were going to vote well before anyway
