PANASONIC - VIERA TX-55CX700B display issues

Hi all. I need some help with my TX-55CX700B. Its currently connected to a pc via hdmi but refuses to display a picture from reboot or restart. No idea why this is the case as when I connect the pc to a 1080p tv and then swap the lead to my TX-55CX700B it displays fine. Then as soon as it goes on standby or is restarted I again have the no display issue. Really confused as normally I can diagnose and solve problems like this quite easily but am coming up with nothing at the minute. Its certainly not practical to keep swapping cables between 2 tvs especially when the 1080p tv is mounted in another room.

Any suggestions on what might be going on here and solutions as I am flummoxed.
