I feel like her voice has improved so much over the years. There's an angelic quality she and back then that she doesn't use that much anymore, but I love the fact she's clearly worked on her voice to improve her middle and lower register.

That will lead you to the whole album.

I love Twilight itself. It is such a sweet love song.

Also, look up An Introduction to Leona Lewis which was recorded to introduce the album in an interview with Colin Murray.

http://youtu.be/pFA17cfkMzg

This shows how confident she was then. In some ways, I think that we are seeing that person again on this tour.

It's All For You is on an EP of the same name. It's on iTunes, as well as You Tube.

I would love her to write a full account of her career some day. The X Factor narrative made her bury so much of her real back story.”

Thank you very much for all this 😊 I know so little 😂

Her voice has matured so much.

And yet she still hits the sweetest notes eg. In Thank you.

Her voice just has so much texture. I noticed that Joani was trying to capture why is it so special earlier. And made really good stab at it. But to describe it is like trying to capture the wind. She really does have a tremendous variety of sound at her command. And as she matures, she uses it more and more in the service of the song.

This last two weeks have been so special. Witnessing a further evolution in her career.

And thanks to everyone who posted their reviews of last night. It's lovely to feel, that so many of us have had such a wonderful experience on the tour. I think that this tour has been one of my hilights of following Leona's career so far. If not the hilight because it feels like such a triumph for her after some difficult times. And she has earned it for herself. 😊

I feel it's like a point in time in her career when I want to play Stop the Clocks.

Except I believe she has even more to give. 😎

Oh my gosh I hadn't seen those Introductions! Thanks so much for sharing. I like that we have so much to come out from the past as well as in the future

I agree with this! I always forget just 2 years ago, she didn't even know if she was going to be signed by another label. It's amazing how things change. I'm really hyped for Leona's next album, really feel like something big is coming for her! For some reason it feels like a fresh start again with Leona's career. I really hope she'll also have a 'Someone Like You' or Kelly Clarkson's 'Piece by Piece' moment on TV. The world has to hear how bloody amazing she truly is.

Leona's new dress works so well on stage. Love how it glitters and changes colour with the lighting. She can sing any song in that dress on an award show and mersmerize everyone! Is this the first time Leona performing The First Time with a new instrumental? It makes the track fresh and still so beautiful.

Slightly off topic,,
A musician friend of mine just posted a cartoon on facebook of a Guy sat at a huge mixing desk and a guitarist was holding his phone commenting
we basically need to make this album sound good on a cell phone
guess that says it all about judging music using the wrong medium to hear it with

Not very good at writing essay's , i have it all in my head but putting in writing is difficult , however i will do my best . i went to Liverpool and the excitement was building and then Leona came on i thought my heart was going to burst. some how there seemed to be an outpouring of love for Leona there was a connection which is hard to describe. Leonas voice and presence on stage touches me deeply , i want to cry , not in a sad waybut like when i see a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Thankyou Soe , Joaniponi, Ariela and many others for your lovely reviews, now i am excited to see her again in Nottingham and the excitement is building more than ever

What part do,you want me to expand on?

If people want to know more about these topics, I'm sure that others could join in and fill in some,of Leona's back story.

It was nice to meet you in Liverpool. I agree about the response to Leona. It was such a warm atmosphere.

Have a great time in Nottingham. I wish I was going again.

Still not keen on the lower notes, but I think it's just the version of 'Happy'. The acoustic one from the Glassheart Tour she sounds flawless on.

Saying that, her lower notes on 'Stay With Me' are brilliant.
