I haven't had time lately to keep up to date with the latest going on's on this forum due to a busy work schedule.
But I managed to get tickets for both her dates at the London Palladium, both times in the royal circle.
I know in the past I have been, on occasions, critical of Leona's voice, but I truly felt that on this tour, she really shone through when compared to her previous glassheart tour.
I really enjoyed this whole tour. From the staging, the venue, the crowd, the setlist (though would have liked less covers and more of her own material), everything to me just seemed to work. She looked absolutely beautiful and she sounded divine.
I have seen her 6 times in total now! I think I am one of those undercover stans.
But I always get a bit... depressed after her concerts. I would have gone to a third show if there was one!
I remember I felt the same after her labyrinth tour. I attended two shows then too, both at the O2 arena, and I become so enveloped in her voice, it was like a real form of complete escapism. I felt the same during these shows at the Palladium too.
But overall, It was a magical 2 days! And I'm genuinely happy she sounded the best she has in years.. I just wish I didn't have to wait another few more years to see her again. I think there is a 3 year time gap between her tours.. 3 years, far too long.
