Novel Stevenson, the guy that recorded a duet with Leona for Spirit (a.k.a Myself), shared on his personal facebook profile a video where he shows some of the songs he produced over the years and never got released.

The chorus is very strong, but the verses and bridge are just meh. Don't mind Leona didn't release it at all.

Didn't know the song but have it on repeat since I found out lol I wouldn't mind Leona going back to this kind of pop but with meaning lyrics

I kinda wish she had focused on dance music for Glassheart. If she had singles like WFL, Burn and even Higher, she would have gained a lot of younger fans and she would probably still be really popular.

Ah that was quite a popular song in the UK, not too bummed she passed on it though.

Wow, it just feels like they were reaching out in all kinds of directions to find material for Leona. I can't imagine her singing Higher.

I hope she carries on finding her sound. Not sure I Am was quite there, but I think she should really get into her lane on the next album, but I really hope she doesn't go down the route of Beyoncé. While Beyoncé can sell anything and afford to move completely away from commercial music, I really wanna see Leona come up with something that appeals to the masses.

Anyone remember that video of leona singing at a wedding or something? Im sure she was in a white dress. Anyone have the link? I seem to remember it amazing me!
