Now that leona's voice is sounding awesome I would love to hear a performance of either homeless or you dont care.
I think OMS could sneak into the official top 40 on Christmas week if the 59p offer remains until next Friday. I hope so! It'd be great to see it on the music channels more prominently than usual this time of year.

Not strictly on topic, but DS has announced that they will be "improving" the forums. There is a notice in General Discussion as well as a thread (or two) about the changes.

It's a relief to those of us who were worried that the DS forums might disappear completely, but any of us who don't like change are looking forward with trepidation.
I have no idea where the money has come from for the changes and how the owners of the site make any money out of it, especially as so many people had to install adblocking software to make the forums readable at all.
It does look as though we won't have to migrate the LLAT to some other site, or indeed to set one up ourselves.

I don't know whether this has been posted on here before but if you look at Leona's 'appears on' on spotiy, there is a Broadway Christmas album that she features on. Listen to the song 'A Jellicle Christmas'. It's so cheesy at the start 😂 but Leona sings O Holy Night at the end.

That was taken yesterday so according to that, it should be released on Friday, but I checked today and it's been taken off might've been an admin mistake in actually showing when it's meant to be released?

Yeah, just personally I never really liked any of the performances. When she sang it at live shows, the song lost a lot of energy mainly because of the change to the track. I also don't think it is the type of song that should be turned into an acoustic, the lyrics are not strong enough without the melody/track. Plus she never really went for the biggest belts. Even the Red or Black performance felt like she avoided the big high belt at the end. Now she could really give the song new life with her improved voice

Abide with Me was lovely. One of the best songs ever written I think and she delivered it fantastically

Yeah I just love the final "abide with me" how she faded out with her vibrato and the crowd cheering. It's beautiful.
i wasn't super impressed with either performance, but can definitely hear the power in her voice.

I'm just so happy Leona is more confident which shows in her voice.. Thought FUMF was her best.. Considering she had to sing I see you for sure she goes easy in parts to look after and preserve her voice.. Loved the FU MF ending!! I see you wow! And BL lovely lovely version

Thank goodness we are back. Leona's vocals on the Gladiator song is hauntingly beautiful. I hope OMS rises a bit next week. I have it on all the time on Spotify.
