Jake Gosling is once again one of the producers of Ed Sheeran's new album. Leona has been in the studio with him recently as you will probably remember
Leona demoing for Ed Sheeran Ed Sheeran's next hit is probably a Leona reject

I would die if a Leona reject ended up on Ed's album last minute or something. lol

I'd be here for an Ed collab - get that radio and streaming support Leona!

Jennifer Hudson from American Idol is a coach in the Voice.
The Voice doesnt compete with American Idol in UK though, American Idol is over in US
Id love to see Leona as a mentor though, maybe as a guest mentor on X factor again

In terms of time slots, The Voice never competed with X-factor. And in terms of TV channels, The Voice is now showing on ITV (not BBC 1), so there's no competition channel-wise either this year (X-factor also shows on ITV). So I see no reason why Leona can't be a mentor/guest mentor on The Voice this year. That would be a nice bit of exposure *hopes*

Yeah that's how I see it too. I'm sure most people who watch one watches the other anyway so it shouldn't really be an issue. At the end of the day, Leona (despite her commercial decline) is one of Britain's most celebrated vocalists. Her appearing on The Voice is a good fit imo.

I agree with that, it would be very unexpected of her to make an appearance as a guest judge on the voice and I think would work very much in her favour considering she is still only known by the general public from winning the xfactor, it would be cool to see her in a different setting that isn't the typical xfactor appearance, anyway what's more important is what is going on?! It's so painful not hearing anything, surely she should give us some sneak peak or an update, like we're desperate out here to here what the plan is, is she aware of us? Lol

I'd love to see Leona take Sharon's place on The X Factor but even though she's very nice and talented, I think her shyness can make her seem quite distant and maybe people would take that the wrong way and make people think that she's cold. It might backfire really. She should be a great choice for a judge being the biggest winner.

Well she is/was on holiday and this time of year is usually quiet. But we have a Pitbull collab to look forward to (unless he delays his album indefinitely lol). Although he has premiered a new single recently.

Plus I'm sure Soe will spill the tea at appropriate times.

Hmm, as much as I would love Leona to judge on the X Factor, or be a mentor on The Voice, I doubt she would ever actually do it, in my heart of hearts.

I'm totally up for an Ed Sheeran collaboration if that was ever on the cards for her!

I hope Only Ones To Know is still happening. I'll take any charting promo at this point in time. It's all good and well not caring about charting, but I would like her to maintain enough commercial success to keep sharing her music at least.

Was told Leona isnt feeling well at the moment and wont do anything for a week. Pretty sure she'll be in studio after that. I have asked some info that I could share with you all, they'll get back to me if there's concrete info I can share

I don't care if she finds commercial success, but I'd love to see her release great music & have critical acclaim. Like Jessie Ware, Robyn, etc. I think she should focus more on being an artist than a pop star. I think that'd make her more influential in the long run.

Sure.

Leona has plenty of money and a nice life in California with her best friend, Dennis. She can release singles anytime she wants to. She doesn't need a label. She won't get radio play (particularly in the US) without a label, but so what. Her new work will be heard on Spotify and You tube and find a whole new audience. And there is always the chance that she will find the new song that will make her a viral hit again.
