Hopefully it's her announcing herself as a support act for a big US artist for the US leg of their tour. Her and Justin Bieber are on the same label...

Having said that, I think the headline act probably announces who's supporting them.

Haha it sounds very bizarre but he's (unfortunately) massive right now and Leona is on the same label as him. Bieber's influence helped kickstart Carly Rae's pop career so maybe he could spark some more interest in Leona's?

It's only an announcement, so I don't think it will be too exciting. If she had of said a special surprise I would be excited but I have a feeling she's going to announce more tour dates or a supporting act or something like that.

Yes but Carly Rae's music would appeal to a casual Justin Bieber fan. Leona's wouldn't.
I remember Leona herself laughed when someone asked her if she would work with Justin Bieber in a interview
