Any small Indi dealers feel abandoned by Sonos
Evening all,
Simple question to any of the small indi dealers out there that have been selling Sonos. Has the communication from Sonos to you dropped off dramatically over the last year or so? Do you feel like they no longer care about the smaller dealers that helped them get in to the market originally? We seem to be forgotten about. We do sell only small amounts but we don't even get emails from the rep's any more. |

Been feeling that way for quite a while which is why I now buy from an alternative distribution source. It's not that surprising really given that the main official channel is effectively a computer software and peripherals distributor. I had a large Sonos order that also needed some Apple product. The Apple part of the order would have cost me more at trade than the end customer could buy it for retail
