Lord Sugar to Sarah about her hypnosis business/job, last year: "you do erectile dysfunction. Don't look her in the eyes Nick!"

I don't think that got enough appreciation.

Not underrated really. Most people remember that moment but it was still brilliant the way Nick intervened

I always thought Lee doing his reverse pterodactyl when asked to in his interview, then whoever it was interviewing him asked him why he'd done it and lee said because he asked him. Later on when taking with LS the guy interviewing him mentioned it and said it was quite good

Stephen last year "It's not just a potato it's an experience". And basically anything Stephen said or did.

A new candidate from this year's interviews: Richard's bullshit exchange with Linda.

L: Is it bullshit? I think it's bullshit.
R: I don't think it's bullshit.

R: I've produced a business plan that, to be honest with you, has a lot of woffle in it.
L: I think you're the type of guy who thinks you can write a lot of bullshit and no-one will see the truth underneath.
R: I think I'm agreeing with you!

Her being asleep in the car and her phone waking her up, her trying to sell cheap duvets in the posh parts of London to housekeepers. Her triumphant "So I wasn't being stupid" in the recycling task. I'm still not sure if she was a complete numpty or an evil genius.

Most under-rated for me though is Lucinda's "Okay that happened, let's move on" (I paraphrase). Considering the rest of the female candidates couldn't let anything go that season and would bang on endlessly about a mistake, it was refreshing and incredibly mature for someone the rest saw as a joke. Also Lucinda's "One in 3" when asked the risk analysis of her being fired.

One can only admire Lucinda for keeping it up so long with those shark bitches

I thought James and Sanjay's antics on the coach trip last year were funnier. And Felipe sending people to sleep on the boat trip

Yep - James singing "The wheels on the bus" while Karen gazed longingly at the emergency exit window.

And I also lovers a couple of series ago when they did the magazines. One team did a magazine for older people and during the name suggestion one given was "coffin Dodgers" in the background Nicks face

Susan is the only loser to have gone into partnership with Lord Sugar, so I guess evil genius, on your rating scheme.

One of my favourites was when "Jedi" Jim Eastwood was being interviewed by Margaret, and she challenged him for once to come out with something about himself that wasn't a cliché, and he said "I'm exactly what it says on the tin." and Margaret literally face-palmed!
