Should We Grab George Michael With Both Hands ? - " Sign Me Up Before You Go Go " ?
Should We Grab George Michael With Both Hands? - While The Strictly Going Is Good? - " Sign me up before you go go "
With George letting the world know that he is free and available, lets go and get him for a judge on Strictly Come Dancing now that Bruno is rumoured to be leaving ? Why let X Factor or The Voice get to have a Genuine Super Star and Legend like George, why not lets have him for ourselves ? Not a judge - a contestant surely? Then again - guilty feet have got no rhythm.
I'd simply love to see George strutting his stuff on the dance floor. |

Much as I love George Michael, I cannot see him ever entering the 'Strictly Bubble'.

There is no doubting George's singing talent, but I don't think that he has the necessary qualifications to be on the judging panel.
I would love to see him as a contestant next year though.

" Sign me up before you go go: George Michael " http://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz/4...-and-The-Voice 1) The Bruno leaving rumour seems to be unsubstantiated 2) What does George Michael know about Latin & ballroom dancing? Or dancing in general? |

Speaking as a girl, of whom I am therefore one, and thus attributed with a perceived opinion: I do not want to see George Michael installed as a judge. Why on earth would he?
No more than, as a member of the viewing public, which I very definitely also am, do I want to see oxygen botherer Rylan Clarke and his ilk in any way associated with Strictly. I and a vast number of forum members (a majority I might suggest) do not want to see Bruce Forsyth reinstalled at the helm, should he even wish to, and would like to wish him all the best in his well-earned dotage. Finally, in this vein, neither do what may be a considerable cohort of contributors want to see Anton Du Beke in this role. Tess Daly actually has grown into the role, doesn't steal the limelight and can manage in unscripted situations, none of which the former could do. Without a true representation of the opinion of the 'masses', I do wish some posters would stop assuming they do. |

Bruce Forsyth return would require a full Dr Who-style regeneration. changing the judges? They will all be back next year! You'll see.

George Michael is a genuine Superstar, we should grab hold of him for Strictly while the going is good.
He may well be a 'national treasure' of sorts, but he's got none of the skills requisite to have a ro,e on Strictly, apart as a singer. He's also in poor health. Funnily enough I don't want Mary Berry running the Hadron Collider, either. |

![]() Aliona has announced that she is leaving, and she is very wise, she would probably have got a duffer next year. She said that this has been her best year, with her all time favourite partner, so she is going out on a high.
