He really impressed me in the interview, the quiz was brilliant, it was perfectly set up for him to be shafted yet he aced it ”

Josephs plan is such a non goer it seems to have gone. He's now seemingly offering more of what he does now - with no real plan. His advantage over Charleine is that plumbers are overpaid and profit margins will appeal to his Lordship, and there's no way at all his Lordship was ever going to get on a train to Plymouth, to look at his hairdressers.

Looking at them now, don't think many of them had much to offer, and reckon all they wanted was get telly airtime. Even their business plans seem to be mediocre.

Behind the 'spiv' exterior, he seems to be quite astute

The Crisps were a decent idea just had far too much oil in them.

And whose fault was that? Vana's. It was her who deviated from the recommended recipe.

Yep but Brett decided to bring Richard into the final boardroom instead, Vana would have been fired had Brett brought her in instead.

LS really liked Charlene

That's the thing...Linda asking, "how will anyone know your name!" But anyone watching the Apprentice will have seen Charlene, and might want to visit her salon. The power of being on telly could get you far.

She didn't stick to the 'specification'

Richard's Project X straight out of Sci Fi.

Joseph is more suited for the movie world, where he could make a lot of money faster than he'd get from heating and plumbing.

Show's over, and it was interesting

Couldn't understand why Tricky Dicky's plan was (mainly) shot down in flames because it was just doing what he does now
Yet the plumbers plan was totally based on what he does now - but that wasn't an issue

At least Tricky Dicky probably has a world ranking score at Bullshit Bingo

He was smart enough to have a contingency plan ready if there was trouble. He's no fool

Because Richard was already doing it with a business partner. That partner has grounds to sue if he leaves and sets up with Sugar. It was similar to Jordan a few years back

He's bound to have several contingency plans, and hope they are of honest origin.

I know, it's a weird one isn't it? All this is down to edit time and the intentions of the producers. If the candidates had time in the edit to do a straight presentation of their businesses not just a crosscut montage of voiceovers, closeups of Claude and random shots of elevators, we'd quickly realize what two bit operation frauds these candidates are and quickly turn the whole thing off.

I swear one year they should run the Apprentice in some abandoned industry yard with illeagal immigrants and flogging crap; the concept would work so much better.

The only business I saw tonight that has any legs to be successful in Vana's, it's a risk, but if it comes off it could explode and what's the rule to say Shugs can't reinvest after 6 months anyway if he still thinks it's a goer, or secure other investment- I'd prefer that to a plumbing franchise which I can't see working
