More brickbats for Bristow

I like the way that Anderson has contradicted virtually all of Rod Harrington's assertions in this interview.
Bristow is a bell of the highest order.

Is there history between these 2 ?

Didn't seem a very warm hand shake at the end

starting to wonder if RvB's name is on the trophy!

cant argue that he has had the toughest draw and has shown great character in these matches.

the days of lying down, sulking and giving up seem to be over.

I wonder how long it'll take Michael Smith to get over that defeat.

Smith blew a chance at bull he was naturally still reeling

What a match. What a sport! Wouldn't write off Barney winning the title tbh, incredible character from him

Just realised, if Peter Wright wins then for the first time ever in a PDC Worlds, there will be no Englishman in the semi finals

Big prize on offer for the winner of Lewis v Wright; not only a semi final place but the winner will get an automatic place in the Premier League next year.

Represents Scotland but he is as Scottish as Paul Nicholson is Australian

He was born in Scotland, but was largely raised in England.

Phil is sat at home loving that, brings him back into play for the championship!

You know Barney will play like a drain next round now
Or not ....
Barney seems to raise his game in the big matches against MVG for some reason, did him in the grand slam final a few years back the same. Wouldn't trust him to do it again against Michael Smith.
What do you know ...
Fk it anyway much prefer to watch mvg. Congrats to Barney but Michael Smith will be a happy man!
Well if he was then he wont be now
Hel collapse vs Taylor aswell.
Seems it was the other way around Taylor collapsed and Barney stepped up!

Sorry to quote these posts but I have to admit to being a bit annoyed after witnessing Barneys great win v MVG to read these and some other comments. I felt it was being a tad disrespectful to RVB. I am glad I can, after the event, drag them up and say simply that I am glad barney proved you and a few others wrong.

Another great win from Barney tonight. Congrats to him.

i think there are a few more things that would lead me to that conclusion even if he wasn't dancing

The look of abject horror on the dancing girls faces as Snakebite hijacks their carefully choreographed dance routine
