Plenty of seeds dropping so far. Most surprised by White losing as he's been reliably solid this year, although can't say I'd be gutted if he missed out on the PL.
Kim going out isn't such a shocker as there's always been a question mark over his consistency. |

Whitlock's looking a bit vulnerable here.

Whitlock out, 6-4 in the 5th set.
Great display from Evans.

Feel for Whitlock, but what a way to win.
130 out. Brilliant from Evans who really should be a Top 16 player very soon. |

I wonder where Ricky Evans gets his nickname from?
![]() Great comeback. Wayne Mardle said at one point that Evans should slow down... why? If that is his natural game and how he feels most comfortable, go for it! Yesterday they were complaining that someone was taking too long and thinking too much about things. |

Similar to the MvG match yesterday, really; underdog 2-0 down, upped his game when the pressure was off and reeled the big player back in.
What was different was that Whitlock didn't stamp his authority in the tie break. Evans deserved the win just for how close he got to that 132 two bulls finish. |

Yesterday they were complaining that someone was taking too long and thinking too much about things. That one is a particular bugbear of mind. One minute they're saying to slow down and take time. The next they're saying they've lost their rhythm because they paused and took a step back. |

Mardle and Rodders are very annoying, although it's nothing that other pundits don't do either.

I've been watching it on a German channel. No idea what the commentators are saying but it's still better than listening to Mardle etc.

So he said bollocks then? I wasn't sure at first until Dave mentioned it.

Another one of the old guard heading towards the darting trapdoor I suspect here with Hammer. Not that I'll cry many tears hate watching his games

Haha never seen that, 2 sets all 4 legs all Murnan won the next leg to go 5-4 up and thought he'd won!
Turned round to shake Hammers hand! Edit: Murnan wins the next leg to win the match properly this time! Hamilton heads into the darting abyss. |

Ok I know Hammer had a dart to win that last leg but Murnan did well to regain his focus after his premature celebration

And now he has won.
Suspect that could be Hamilton's last time here- his games gone big time since he dumped Vera for that woman young enough to be his daughter. |

Andy Hamilton and Joe Murnan. What a pair of utter clowns. That was an embarrassment of a match, neither deserves to win that. What a disgrace. Beyond farcical. The PDC should be embarrassed at the darts falling out of the board as well.
