He'll be handing over a few quid to the DRA if he did.

He just won his match against Stuart Kellett with a bull 25 bull finish.

Watch when Stuart Pyke is commentating. Every SO often HE RAISES his voice AND then brings IT BACK down again. It's like he STARTS SHOUTING and then talks again.

Time for the PDC to warm up the Taylor and MVG balls (ooh er!) to make sure they get the final they want

What a quarter final line up, possibly the best we have ever had for the UK Open.

The best player in the world
The best player ever
The most consistent player in the world
And one of the fastest players we have ever seen

Semi Final Draw

Peter Wright V Jelle Klaasen
MVG V Phil Taylor

Remember we have had a different runner up in this event every year

So it needs Wright to win the final over MVG for that to continue now 😬

MvG hasn't turned up yet.

Now he has.

A superb 151 finish pulls a 4-1 deficit back to 5-5.

No smug grin on Taylor's fat chops as he walks off this time.

MVG strangely took his time to get going tonight.

Wonder how the break will effect things.

MvG's got his mojo going now.

8-5 now, and Taylor doesn't look like he can live with this.

Then again...

I'll never get tired of seeing that hangdog Taylor expression when he loses - or, perhaps more accurately, when he knows he's been outclassed.

Once MvG got a foothold in that match and went through the gears, he had no chance.
