If I didn't know better, I'd swear Mark Webster was suffering with dartitis.

The really unfortunate thing is that it didn't seem to affect him until he got into the business end of the match.
Yes he has been battling it for a long time and has had a delay which I believe is how they beat or something right? I missed the later end of the game did he really slow down?

He wasn't so much slowing down but really struggling with his lean forward - stumbling over the end of the oche at times - and just not finding his natural release point.

Looks a reasonably competitive nights darts tonight. 2 probable walkovers (Barney and Phils games) bookended by 2 good games.

Never ceases to amaze me how the Adonis keeps chipping away on the floor events to get in these TV events, amazing consistency when the majority of players from his prime era are long gone.

Just going to post exactly that. It must have been about 10 years ago I posted on here that I couldn't see him lasting much longer at top level.
And yet still he rocks up.
Still love watching his smooth, effortless throw- one of the best in the biz.

When they were chatting earlier Bob "The Limestone Cowboy" got a mention.
Blast from the past!

11 darter to win the match puts the cap on a terrific all-round display from Steve Beaton.

Speaking of Bob Anderson, Dolan has a similar throwing action.

This tournament is turning into something of a resurgence of so-called 'journeymen' with King, Beaton and now Dolan winning

How long has Robbie Green been back in the PDC for?

I can remember when he was originally in the PDC before he went back to the BDO.

About 18 months, he qualified for a tour card at Q school a couple of years ago.

What a good start Robbie Green has made here.

Good start to the match all round, actually.

Edit: Kiss of death, Taylor's taken charge now.

Taylor far too inconsistent there, would have gone out against a more dangerous player.

Won't stop the fawn-a-thon coming up

To be fair I think he has a point. He has been to New Zealand, China, Dubai and Japan in the past few weeks and he is a bit older than the other 7 players. When I came back from Hong Kong I slept for nearly 24 hours solid. It hits you.

Nice to see Steve Beaton rolling back the years with some great darts.
