I'm always amazed when he wins a match - he looks as though he doesn't know what he's doing half the time lol. Reminds me a bit of snooker's Poomjaeng - but with better results these days!

Top two seeds in the final. Worked out how it should on paper

I think I am right in saying, although I am hoping somebody can confirm or deny, that this is the first major ranking final NOT to feature a Brit since the 2007 UK Open

Looks like MvG is firing on all cylinders and Suljovic is firing on fewer cylinders than he has all through the day.

Fitting that the trophy MvG receives should be a knockoff of the European Championship football trophy

Top 10 is getting close now. Well from 5 to 10 anyway

Top 4

MVG
Gando
Taylor
Wright

Then Wade, Lewis, Suljovic, Thornton, Klaasen, Chisnall ( order TBC )

Will see what the rankings are tomorrow

I had £5 on 11-1 at odds of 16-1 just before the start.

Also has £5 on 11-2 at 10-1 just in case

To be fair to MVG I don't think it's an issue I could get with quickly. It will be terse up there
I fully now understand why he hates Klaasen. Jelle very lucky to still be playing. Does anyone like Jelle?

A performance tonight that Dave Lanning would have been proud of from MvG.

Could MvG get better?

He is a great player but I never really liked him because of that, that sort of thing for me is unforgivable.

I think MvG can get a little better but he is so close to his peak I say with that 123 record average and doing 110+ so often.

Suljovic for Premier League?
I would like to think so. I know he isn't the fastest but he is such a likeable character and the crowds love him. I can see him getting a Sky wildcard.

Who would you replace? I reckon a few more finals yet or win one straight up.
