To many 57 and 60s It shouldn't happen to me simple, wow

I don't agree with Mardle and the team about Lewis looking like a TV win is coming at all.

Good to see Scotty Dog play like that against Lewis!
Hope Wolfe can make it through.
There's just something I don't like about Duzza, can't take to him at all.
Agree MvG getting very blase and condescending now, he does need someone to burst his bubble lol

I know exactly what you mean about Duzza. Doesn't have much about him

Is MVG just being honest ?

Peter Wright is as Scottish as Rod Stewart is English
As somebody else pointed out, Peter Wright was actually born in Scotland, in Livingston.

Reminds me of the newspaper article which questioned 'foreigners' playing for international football sides, and mentioned Ikechi Anya playing for Scotland. The fact Ikechi was born in Glasgow had, obviously, completely passed them by,

Rod Stewart was born in England, that's my point

I love this tournament and it seems to bring out a better level from the BDO lads at times, Scott Micthell averaging 106 was it or something? class

Why don't the afternoon players get their individual walk on music?

Agree, but they could have edited out the "Greatest day of his life" commentary snatch from it!

Demitri VDB is playing very well . His walk on was great ! Dicking about and the look on Thorntons face as if to say ' ******** '
Again Robert Thornton is getting redder in the face
This shouldnt be 4-4 not from someone with thorntons calibre
I do believe it's the short format that Dosent help
I said it on the first match

What's up with Whitlock there? it looked like more than being pissed with bad darts.

Something seemed to rattle him at the end of leg two didn't it? Couldn't think of what though. Doubt it made much difference to the outcome tbh anyway.

All i can think is time. The afternoon sessions have to be done by a certain time but it doesn't matter if the evenings over run

Maybe the afternoon has more timing restrictions to get finished on time to get the evening session in, when I was at Frimley Green in January the afternoon was going on longer than they'd planned so they hurried us out after the last dart!! Lol

Adams needs to take it seriously.

Adams needs to take it seriously.
Why? He's got more important things to be concerned about. He was exactly the same last year (without his cancer diagnosis) and he won all 3 matches in his group and took Kim Huybrects to a final leg in the knockout stage before losing.

The commentators and pundits seem to be at odds, can there be a 9 dart shoot out or not?

They are saying that if Adams ties Hopp on points and legs, then it goes down to who won their game when thy played each other. Surely if that was the case there'd never be the possibility of a shootout?
