Who do you want to win?
Hopefully it's Vana who becomes LS's business partner - her dating app sounds like it could be quite a success!

It could be quite a success but it's a humongous risk. Joe is by far the safer option and Sugar has preferred him throughout the process.
I want Joe to win and will be amazed if he doesn't to be honest |

I voted Vana because she's been my pick since the second or third week, but I've really warmed to Joseph in the past couple of weeks.

If Vana makes this dating app a success then it will be the most blatant use of SA's reputation and image if ever there was one. Dating apps are myriad on Google Play at the moment, and the headliners have something that sets them apart (Tinder and it's swiping for instance), and the only one this will have going is its link with the Apprentice, which won't count for much outside of the UK.
The premise of mixing games with dating is interesting (I'm really not sure about the name though as it sounds quite sinister to me), but most people want to play games for fun and not to do something like dating. When she mentioned her plan, the first thing I thought of was Club Pogo. If it's a success then I doubt it will be because of the dating aspect. Also, is there anything that Vana can't do? Virtually every task there's been she's claimed to have a background doing it. I bet if there was a task that involved peeing standing up she'd claim to have a background in it too. Joe's a different kettle of fish to her altogether. When he first started the tasks he came across as a bit of a comedy entry. He was written off as a Casanova, but then that changed on the DIY task. He showed that he actually knew what he was on about, and despite the loss, he actually stopped that specific task from turning in a clusterfluff of epic proportions. He also has common sense as well which was demonstrated in the way he managed the Charleine/Selina situation. I'm not saying that his business plan is sound, and he does seem to have a little bit of naïvety about him, but if he can get a foothold then he may have something, depending on how he handles it. |

Joseph.
I've never forgotten how catty Vana has been at times. While Joseph isn't necessarily as articulate/educated, he knows his own business/indudtry. I'm still not quite sure exactly what it is that Vana does. |

Interesting - as I cast my vote it's neck and neck.

Vana.
But I don't mind if Joseph wins. I liked all of the final three. |

Amstradating sounds like a winner to me.
Only joking, Joseph and his pipes all the way. Vana has zero chance of entering a market she knows little about. Sure, she's got a dating site already but she's not a big fish in a small pond. She's not even a fish. Look at Sugar... is he going to go for Mrs 'my mommy was an architect in new york city' or, 'my dad fked off when I was young, I got kicked out of school and against the odds I built myself up from nothing'. |

Neither,, both terrible finalists. If I had to pick I would want Vana to win,
Joseph is just repulsive |

Joseph is sleazy and Vana is a catty bitch. *Sigh* I guess I'll go with Joseph. I was slightly warming to Vana until her and Charlene starting smirking and pulling faces in the Diary Room while Richard was talking. It reminded me exactly why I couldn't stand either of them.
Oh plus I prefer his business plan, although I think she's the better 'candidate'. |

I think Joseph would be the safe bet like Mark last year but he took a gamble the year previous with Leah Totton so may he take another risk?

Neither - both have shown themselves to be totally unsuitable. Vana through her thorough bitchiness earlier in the series, and Joseph when he outright lied about the market research. There hasn't been one decent candidate this year

As for who I want to win, I will make my mind up as the final progresses. I like both finalists but both have a lot of qestions to answer about their proposals. |

Joseph was pretty much told to lie about the market research.

FWIW, a lot of the "respected" business men these days are essentially con artists anyway. A lot of succeeding in business is about shrewdness and opportunism more than anything |

Vana as a person aswell as her business plan are alot more interesting to me as a viewer.
But I can't really dictate to someone what they should invest their money in, he can do want he wants. He could be cheeky and invest in both once the show is over if he wants. Sugar seems to put Susan from series 7 in the same bracket as his winners so clearly winning isn't the be all and end all. It's just the one he wants people to notice for the time being. |

Vana all the way. Her's is by far the more interesting prospect as a business idea. What was Joseph's
Use LA to to help create a plumbing franchise dull, unimaginative and not remotely innovative.

Shrewdness and opportunism are not outright lying. Anyone who builds a career on lies will get found out, and a blatant misrepresentation of research would be gross misconduct in any major business
To characterise that as gross misconduct is nonsense. |

I don't really care. Neither have been particularly interesting or prominent in terms of their storyline on the show, they're both somewhat likeable but not astoundingly so (I do like Vana more, but not by much), and neither of them were standout task performers. I've gone for Joseph just because I'm not here for yet another winner with no sort of PM record whatsoever who mostly coasted to the end off the back of other people's efforts. It just makes the tasks feel even more pointless than they already do.

I can't decide this year as I like both candidates. Vana's dating app sounds like it could be fantastic & she's extremely bright so potentially could make a brilliant partner for Sir Alan. Then there's Joe who may not have the educational success that Vana has but he's the kind of guy who will sacrifice everything to be a success. Sir Alan likes that mentality so goodness knows who he'll pick & I'm glad he has to make the choice & not me.
Two different candidates but both equally good. |
