I think she could be scared of a few things and sometimes she can be a bit thick but other times she gets things spot on

she is helpful and considerate when working with her

Even if she is/ was not popular with the viewers I think she would be popular with the crew working there

Chris Evans said on the radio that Danny is in, so perhaps he'll be a latecomer. They do try to have loudmouths as late additions, so that could be the reason.
