It is clear to see that the young man was very lucky to have a trained first aider on hand to assist him in his need, we can see that Zoe has her right hand firmly clamped behind his head to steady him while she does her best to clear his airway with her tongue, it is an occasionally used variation on the hydaulic manoeuvre when you can't get to be behind the casualty when they are choking and have to do the best you can from the front, so well done Zoe, I'm thinking of enrolling on a St Johns Ambulance Emergency First Aid course now so that I to can be ready to deal with an emergency such as this too.”
