Just seen her interviewed talking about SCD, Call The Midwife and a play she will be in in Bath in the new year. She mentioned Aljaz visited the CTM set and even filmed a scene dancing the Twist at a party but sadly it did not make the edit.

I think my favourite part was when she said the atmosphere backstage on Strictly was "almost docile", which struck me as a very Helen thing to say.

Helen was very nice on breakfast, but it was very short. She proved the " lies" about the stars not getting on, we're just made up, as they all get on.

I thought the same thing that it was very short. All of the contestants - the same like last year - have got on and it really feel like it is one big family backstage. They were all on whatsapp and in close contact, so there was never any feeling of competition. I really liked that.

I do remember though seeing one of the clips that was showing what was going on backstage and Carol was giving Helen a big hug. It was really sweet.
