I don't dislike Kellie, i DO think she is being over-hyped tonight and has been since she was in the dance off twice and i do not agree with building up an inferior dancer and pulling down a superior one as they so often do, but the person i did not vote for was Katie/Anton as i am unsure why they are in the final! I am not saying Kellie can not dance but she is not the best, she IS a performer but as they go on and on and on about dance technique then totally ignore it when it suits them it just rubs me the wrong way

As the viewers vote and the judges scoring and words have no bearing, I cannot see how it can be 'fixed,' for Kellie. Jay will win.

PS there is something very odd about Claudia's cleavage

I really like Aliona, but she did Jay a disservice with that show dance, imo.
He is capable of so much more. It didn't test him at all and even Aliona looked like she was at about 25% of her ability.
Very disappointing.

Both Katie and Anton's dances were terrible, imo.

My thoughts, for what they're worth. Jay and Aliona have been my favouries but under par tonight and that showdance was not a showdance. So although Katie is not as strong as Jay, she DID do a show dance and her quickstep was lovely. So I think the 3 girls should go through. Katie will do a lovely Viennise waltz too. Jay way overmarked by the judges - after they pulled him apart they gave him 9s.

Not an Anita fan either lol my faves are GG, KK and Jay and Aliona like them all do not really care who wins happy for any of them - it is the judges and their blatant bias and inconsistency that i dislike - can't say i was swept away by ANY of the showdances though i liked the first 3 but not blown away even by the KK one as the lindy hop reminded me too much of their charleston and seen that already this year.

Oh yes, I agree. Don't see how he can lose. But he hasn't impressed me recently - there seems to be so much potential there that's not being used... That's why I like Kellie - her potential has been really well used - I suppose it's back to the old 'Is this a dancing show or entertainment?' question that arises most years (with a few exceptions such as Kara, Ramps and Alesha when a contestant is both the best dancer AND entertaining).
I suppose that this year I feel that Katie is the worst dancer in the final, and not entertaining; Georgia has come a long way as a dancer but just isn't that entertaining; Jay is a very good dancer but has no charisma at all and Kellie is a good dancer AND extremely entertaining - and so all in all, she should win... Hey ho..!

I agree with captainerikabee. No show dances captured me. I'm a little disappointed. I really hope to be wowed by the final 3

Jay or Georgia to win for me.

I have never been a huge Aliona fan, but I have enjoyed the choreography she has produced for Jay this year and I think it is rather sad that they will win with that showdance. I dont mean it is sad that they will win, they are very worthy champions, I just mean they could have had a way better showdance for their final night, a real show stopper.

Hope the absolutely ridiculous overmarking of Kelly by the judges backfires in the public vote - neither dance deserved 40s in my opinion.

Showdances were a bit underwhelming, but I loved Georgia and Giovannis most. Could have been amazing if they'd stuck to Rhumba/contemporary throughout.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Abigailsmum and her moles. You are brill.

Enjoyed the show tonight for what it was, disappointed that Aliona didn't make a better show dance, I think Anton is outclassed as a pro and really wanted him to bring out Erin's puppets

Watching Casualty waiting for the final. Not sure who I want to win it this year but I think that Katie and Anton will go out in the 1st round, unless the Antonettes vote for him

Just de-lurking to say a big thank you to all involved with this thread throughout the season, it has made the wait till the "live" Sunday show unnecessary and has provided many a laugh along the way.

Jay's dance is being underestimated by people, because they were expecting dramatic lifts and whatnot. It was the most technical dance of the night and he did it brilliantly. To me the dance show cased what a fine dancer Jay has become, I could never visualize him doing something like this, at the beginning.

Am not going to comment much on the first improved dances - because they all had glitches, - Jay's was OK but he had his wooden face on, Georgia's choreography had been expanded, but I didn't see the hip action except for 4 seconds of shimmying, Kellie just nailed her routine, again, and Katie's hat and cane props put her on the naughty step.
For the showdances - Jay's went off the boil as soon as they had come down the staircase (Bruno was right with his remarks), Georgia's was pretty - Giorgio did make an effort but the personality of his partner is fragile, too much like spun sugar; Kellie's was enjoyable - another Oom Pa Pa routine which people will either love or hate - and the staging of Anton's dance was great!! Katie looking very determined - but the opening 12 bars of music far too slow!! what was Dave Arch doing? too slow for the lift! Admittedly Katie's dancing is just not as strong tehcnically as the others.

So she won't be in the final three? Katie doesn't look that worried!!
