Any input you like EXCEPT for the Turntable (phono) input. Apart from that one all the others are identical. So just use whatever is free.

The chomecast audio comes with a standard 3.5 mm 3 pole jack plug. You may need a two phono to 3.5mm socket conversion cable as not many systems have 3.5 mm input sockets, but most have L/R AV (phono) in. Older ones often had 6.25 mm jack input sockets as well, and you can buy 3.5 to 6.25 mm jack converters.

Input sockets? Really? Headphone (output) sockets certainly, but I don't recall seeing input sockets of that size.
