I go on a lot of the reality forums and "fix" is always called during the final - I've even said it myself.

I wish they'd go back to 3 in the final and then a final 2 for the last dance tbh. Either cut down the number of initial contestants or make the semis public vote only and put the top three through to the final. We would have ended up with Kellie, Jay & Georgia this year anyway, which was the fair result.

Regarding the showdances, a good 90% of them have been underwhelming tbh. Early on there were way too many lifts and not enough actual dancing, and now the pros try to be far to clever and it ends up falling flat a lot of the time.

I found their charleston really quite sterile first time around, but given how much Kellie has improved (always good technically but now she is very sharp) it could be a vote winner. If Georgia survives the first vote I reckon team GG will show K&K up a bit.

I see 'Jay for the Glitterball' is actually trending - i think that shows how strong his vote is.

It's funny, as I haven't had an out and out favourite this tear I see it a bit differently. I actually think the Jay fans have been some of the least "obsessed" this year.

I'm watching some strange thing about a bloody blue hole.

Now some snow or something.

I'd watch Star Trek, only I watched it yesterday.

Agree, most showdances are a bit disappointing, only a few very good and some are SPECTACULARLY crap.

Every year.

I hate that we realy on twitter as it isn't reliable. If Jay wins (and it won't be because of twitter) everyone will go how great is twitter etc. So annoying!

What they lack in style and finesse they certainly make up for in energy expelled.

Why does Bacofoil come to mind?

Have to say, while I know they went out, this final is missing Anita & Gleb a little. And to be clear I'm saying that as someone who has 2 of their favourites in the final.

As another more or less neutral (H&A were my faves but not in the overwhelming way that others have been for me in previous years) I agree entirely. From what I've seen the hate for Jay on here has been far more obsessive than the ott fan stuff. And I don't remember them being the fans shouting fix all the time either. (Ditto for fans of Kellie and Katie).

What a hobbler that it's not being performed as their favourite dance. No one could touch them if so. It's better than St. Jill's.

That's why I liked it Aliona choreographed it for Jay and bugger the consequences.

I agree with this 100%. I don't think any couple has shown their best yet. I understand that the two shows in one night need to build up, but the first show has so far felt quite flat and underwhelming.
