Theres a reason Anton has never reached the final before. He is just not good enough, and his Latin in particular is very below par. In fact he often looks like a drunk dad at a wedding night do when trying to do anything even remotely upbeat.

I actually forgot the final was on this weekend, I lost so much of my interest in the show after Anita went! For me she really represented something different to the others, a contestant who learned to dance through the show, and an incredibly exciting and dynamic partnership with Gleb. And yes, certainly a better dancer than Katie - I quite like Katie, but how anyone can say she's better than Anita totally baffles me. To know Anita is far better, just imagine Katie dancing Anita's dance from the dance off and vice versa - Anita would've been fine, but I shudder to think how Katie would've managed. Or Anton, for that matter...!

Anyway, I haven't been on for a week, so this is just my vent over last week's result.

Please don't call people that voted for Katie and Anton numpties. That's just rude. Viewers have a choice to who they vote for. Just because they've not been your choice is neither here nor there. They earned they're place by public votes which is what the program is about.

I hope anyone who tried to justify Katie getting through feels dumb now. What a waste of a place in the final.

If the judges want Brucie's love child in the final, please give him the female celeb with most potential. With the exception of this year he always gets the old hasbeens. Anton so deserves the glitterball but they have to pair him with the right woman.

Anita and Jeremy were the stars this year.

I'd prefer that *garbage* to Katie's lack of balance, lack of attack and uncertainty during her dancing, laughingstock.

Thankfully Katie didn't have any of that during the dance off.

She certainly did look unsure, and was getting a bit carried away with momentum in her turns. As has been previously mentioned, I think Anita could have done Katie's dance but could Katie have done Anita's? No.

Agree, SUCH a shame Anita wasn't in the final. It would have been so much better, and more spectacular, if she and Gleb had been (and I'm not a big Gleb fan :P).

I think it's a shame we didn't get to see Anita and Glebs show dance I believe it would have been something to behold,but we got a very underwhelming SD from Jay a lovely one from Georgia a manic one from Kelly and then Katy. I think we would have had aSD worthy of the name from Anita and Gleb.

Katie was clearly way out of her depth and MILES away from the other 3, it was a bit embarrassing to be honest. Anita was always underrated and never really got the credit she deserved. I would have LOVED to see her show dance as I bet Gleb would have done an amazing job with the choreography.

One of the things I was expecting was an excellent show dance from them seeing as Anton has been able to choreograph big, funny, in your face routines in the past but it was a big disappointment.

It was a fun dance, the judges made their choice from the dance off according to the rules, shame they weren't consistent on that one mind.

Katie tried and was lovely, Anton was Anton but it could have been so much more fun with a full on show dance from Anita and Gleb. Not to win, just to enjoy.

What dig? She was given the salsa and then didn't do the salsa.

Had this been SYTYCD or something, I'd be all for it, but who would want to NOT do a salsa in SCD when they're told it's their turn to do a salsa?
