Jay & Aliona
Has Aliona done an Erin, with Colin Jackson, and messed up the show dance??

I hope not. I'm normally no fan of Aliona but I thought that was clever.

It was dreadful. No show. No drama. Too clever by half and didn't play to Jay strengths. So disappointed as I have been rooting for Jay all series and the showdance should have been a culmination of all his skill and worked the crowd at the same time.
I think Kelly might snatch it now. |

The dance content was very well delivered as Jay always does but it just wasn't showy enough. Kelly has delivered the best show dance followed by Georgia for me and I'm a MASSIVE Jay fan

I thought it was pretty rubbish - I was hoping I was going to be wowed, but it felt so very safe. I don't understand what Aliona was thinking.

I was so disappointed. I think Kellie is going to win now, which saddens me as I'd rather any of the others won.

It was what one would call a "sleeper" performance. For the perception of a showdance, the history and what veiwers expect it to be, Aliona's choreography failed from concept.

They have played it REALLY SAFE and I think it will cost them the title, if that show dance had have been Jive inspired he would have walked it and only for Katie's abysmal performance he should be out

Kellie (and Kevin) have pulled out all the stops and are way ahead for me. |

I want these to win, but I must say that their showdance was a bit flat. I kept expecting it to take off, but it never did.

Massively underwhelmed with Jay's showdance... actually the only one who was impressive was Kellie & Kevin. My votes have gone to them tonight.

I liked it but I preferred Georgia's and Kellie's much more. It wasn't bad, just that others were better.

Taking into account the performances over the show, I still think Jay would be a worthy winner. I am really disappointed by his showdance though, he was capable of so much more.

Jay deserved better choreography than that - it was beautifully danced but, as Len said, lacked "oomph". Weak but jolly well danced. He's clearly the best male dancer the show's had for a yonk and three quarters.

If Jay wins tonight it wont be on merit of his dancing tonight .

Every indication that they couldn't care less about winning, otherwise they would be doing the jive wouldn't they?
This has been set up for Kellie to win. It has been coming for the last couple of weeks. They don't want the show to have an obvious winner from the start. Much better to have a story. |

He had it won before tonight though. Not a snowball's chance in hell that Kellie will suddenly become more popular than him. |
