So both G&G and K&K are doing their Charlestons as their fave dance (providing they both go through) has this ever happened before?

I'm surprised they let 2 contestants dance the same dance, granted they are VERY different but still.... I'm also surprised that K&K picked this dance? I dont remember them saying it was their fave, Georgia went on about it loads and it was one of her highest marked dances so can understand them picking it.
I'm guessing K&K chose this possibly due to the Star Wars theme perhaps?? what with SW being the 'rage' right now.....

Yep it happened in 2012 when both Louis and Denise chose it as their favourite dance.

Judges picked 2 QS (and 3 ballroom), so I'm skeptical they feel any need to balance things

Why not? They are usually crowd pleasers and I enjoyed Georgia's in particular.

and the showdance that Kellie and Kevin done to me looked more Charleston.
