She did look good - stand out - in the group dance - the same as she did in the very first pairing off programme. I felt she had great potential that she didn't really live up to. I wondered if it was nerves, or losing concentration. Whatever it was a shame, if she could have kept that standard going for the minute and a half she would have been a real contender. .

Tristan is the reason she got better. She was great by her last dance, the quickstep.
Her charleston is one of my fave dances of the series.

Oh, so am I! He's a great teacher, I'm just not sure Tristan's teaching style matched Jamelia's learning style. Both are fab, but I feel like Jamelia would've learnt better from someone firmer but still fun like Pasha ("firmer but still fun" what a Monkseal description of Pasha).

Tristan needs someone like Anita, focused and determined, then he'll get all of the 10s.
