Based on the final, Georgia is my winner. Happy for Jay though, he's a great contestant.

I would have been happy with any of the 3, but on the night Kellie was my fav.

Im 44 and glad Jay won. Haters will hate but heres the thing: that lad came out with a smile every week and behaved like a gentleman to his partner. If you have trouble with that its YOU who has a problem. Enjoy your sour thread kiddies

Jay won cos very cool and loveable and popular almost from week one. Not his best night and not best on the night but he is a fabby dancer.

Kellie would have won for energy, heart, character, impact on the night. Three great dances.

Georgia would have won for being the most moving and the most improved. Two powerful and emotional dances that changed the mood of the final, and a fabulous Char-less-ton to end

I'll keep my opinions to myself regarding the result on here, but one complaint I would like to make is that both Darcey singled out Jay and Len singled out Kellie as their favourite dancers. IMO they should keep those opinions to themselves, particularly at this point in the series.

commiserations to Georgia and Kellie, it was pretty close tonight and anyone of them could have won. my favourite dance of the night was Georgia's rumba.

The judges shouldn't really be allowed to say such things, but...today was the final and their votes counted for nothing, so I suppose they felt entitled to say what they thought.

Mine too. It took something to change the atmosphere on the night. It was absorbingly good

Nothing to be sad about to be honest, any of the final three would have been a worthy winner. Jay for me is the best male dancer the show has ever seen, so big congrats to him.

Only downer is the predictability of it all, which for the neutrals will naturally take the edge of the series as a whole.

Though their comments should still be considered to influence voting.

That's true. I think possibly they wanted to pretend that Jay had some competition but genuinely liked Kellie.

My winner was Georgia, the Charlesssston was brilliant!

I think the biggest commiserations should probably go to Kevin Clifton who has now become the ultimate Strictly bridesmaid never a bride.

Dont forget that Craig offered Georgia a dancing job ... so all 3 were fav by one of the judges so makes it even

I'm probably just being a bitter sod TBH (), but it was the fact that it was explicitly said by Len and Darcey that Jay and Kellie were their favourites respectively and whilst Craig did offer Georgia a job it wasn't really the same as explicitly endorsing her to win.

Craig is saying on the red button now that's not always the best dancer who is the winner!!
