I think I am one of the few who loved his showdance. Sometimes less is more, yes even in a showdance. Kellie's was obviously great but did nothing for me, I didn't feel it at all, although I appreciated the effort and expertise. Georgia's was good but the way Jay moves is just heaven. The others are more hoofers, if talented ones.

I'm happy, I wanted either Jay or Georgia to win.

We should know by now that the best dancer rarely ever wins.

I agree. He was clearly the weakest dancer tonight & although a strong dancer but not outstanding other than in a couple of dances. He didn't look like he was expecting to win & for me, based on tonight alone he didn't deserve it. I'd have preferred either of the girls.

The right result. So many don’t realise just how difficult it is for a male celebrity and Jay McGuiness has been as good as most male pros on many occasions throughout this series.

The reason Jay came third tonight was because that is where the Judges wanted him.

The marking by the judges to say the least was bizarre...I would always be the first to say that the judges do not have favourites...but tonight and especially Len showed blatant favour for Kellie and Kevin.

On the red button after the main show when Craig was interviewed by Zoe he stated that the best dancer did not win and that Jay won the heart and minds of the country...sorry Craig but I do believe that Jay is most probably one of the best dancers that has ever been on Strictly.

I am not saying that they should get rid of the judges but there has to be a shake up in the way they have performed and marked this year.

It was a bit underwhelming considering he was the worse of the final three, but it wasn't unexpected. I didn't have a favourite so I am not really disappointed, just kind of...meh.

Hardly that, he didn't even do his Jive tonight. Jay is a one off, he does not conform to the usual strictly,spangly,gurning jazz hands style of dancing.All of his dances have been understated and cool, made to look too easy because he carries it off so well (apart from the blips of course).He is lovely to watch imo quite mesmerising and I get goosebumps when he dances.

I do not think he was outdanced tonight at all, I hated Geogia's Rumba as I found it just a pose fest with hardly any steps at all and I thought her showdance rather dull though danced well. Loved her Charleston though but it is hardly challenging.
Kellie danced OK but nothing special and I hated her Lindy hop which was manic and she looked so blokish doing it,tbh I thought it was more Charleston than Lindy.

Jay was the better dancer tonight and throughout the series imo and I am over the moon that he won. I have loved this series and I thought that the right three were there at the end.

I haven't voted for any of the final three, certainly wasn't interested in any of them winning and would've been happy to see Kellie and Georgia leave weeks ago (Helen was my fave) but they both out danced him tonight.

I agree we were all saying tonight at our Strictly get together at home that Kellie dances in a blokish way....not at all very pretty.

Jay was not outdanced at all he did it his way and in the style he wanted...and at the end of the day the most important people the public loved it and that is why he won.

Tonight Jay was mediocre by his high standards in all three dances. Kellie and Georgia blew him away. Kellie isn't doing the tour as others have said.

So based on tonights result, it was horny housewives doing most of the voting ?

When the show changes its name to strictly come performing then I will agree Jay shouldn't have won but he was the best dancer even the judges said he was the best dancer. Kellie had horrific technique. Would have been happy to see Georgia win too but feel some of her bad technique was overlooked due to acting ability.

I know I said before the final started that I didn't mind who won, but I guess I was lying. I really did not want Jay to win. For many reasons, I felt it was not the best thing and hey presto - it is there in my face. I tried to be okay about it but hey, the public voted for them. I just hope that the vote for them was genuine and not just one to get one over someone

Would have thought the 'horny housewives' would have voted for Mr Andre and got him to the final, personally.
Len marked Jay down for his footwork not being correct last week yet Kellie gets perfect score for a very dubious tango without a proper tango hold. Half her dances haven't even been any semblance of the actual dance all series. No matter how you feel about Jay or Kellie can you look back to Jay's jive and say that it is worse than Kellie's as judging by today's scores it is.

It was a slam dunk from week 3 that he was going to win and he topped all polls everywhere each week, regardless of how he danced. I was surprised though they would have been the worst couple overall in the final 3.

Kevin did all he could, a proper bells & whistle show dance which often works & a perfectly timed Star Wars number - kudos for that.

My favourite of the night was GG and so pleased I got to see that perfection of a Charleston again & they got that deserved 40. Bright future for Georgia & Giovanni is a wonderful addition to the show.
